Cameron grew up on a small sheep and beef farm in Mabel Bush, Southland. Throughout his upbringing, he gained experience in various operations, including dairy, stud sheep, beef and deer farming, tractor driving, and vegetable production. This diverse exposure fueled his passion for the agricultural industry, leading him to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce in Agriculture at Lincoln University.

After graduating, Cameron joined NZAB in February 2022 as its first Graduate. Since then, Cameron has demonstrated significant professional growth and now holds the position of Senior Relationship Manager, supporting two Timaru-based Client Directors while delivering client analytics and reporting. Committed to continuous learning and development, Cameron consistently seeks to expand knowledge and expertise to achieve the best outcomes for clients and make a meaningful contribution to the agricultural sector.
