Duncan brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise from his 18 years in the banking sector. Most recently, he managed a corporate agribusiness portfolio across the lower and central North Island for three years. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the agribusiness sector make him a valuable addition to our team.

Duncan values relationships and enjoys working with customers to help them achieve their dreams and ambitions. He understands that running a farming business can be complex, and believes that being surrounded by trusted advisers can give farmers the confidence to execute their plans and strategies effectively.

Duncan grew up on a small drystock block in Hawkes Bay and now resides with his family on a lifestyle block in the Pohangina Valley, Manawatu.
