Jess began her career in Retail and Business Banking for The National Bank and ANZ Bank where she was employed for over 10 years. During this time she gained valuable experience in Personal and Business Lending, building and maintaining client relationships whilst growing her knowledge in the Banking Sector. After taking some time off to raise her young boys, Jess has spent the last 3 and a half years int he Insurance industry continuing to grow her skills and knowledge.

Born and bred in the Manawatu, Jess grew up on a small farm between Feilding and Palmerston North where she enjoyed helping with rearing calves, pet lambs, and competing around the North Island in Equestrian. During this time, she completed a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Accounting at Massey University in Palmerston North. Jess, husband Scott, and their two boys, Arlo and Fergus now live in the beautiful district of Colyton, between Ashhurst and Feilding.

Having spent 8 years on the family dairy farm alongside Scott, and a childhood deeply rooted in rural life, Jess brings a genuine passion for the rural sector. She’s driven by creating meaningful connections and delivering long-term value.
