Jess began her career in Retail and Business Banking, spending more than 10 years building expertise in personal and business lending, client relationship management, and the broader banking sector.

Born and raised in the Manawatū, Jess grew up on a small farm between Feilding and Palmerston North. During this time, Jess completed a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Accounting, at Massey University.

Combining a strong financial background with firsthand knowledge of rural life, Jess brings a genuine passion for supporting the rural sector. Jess is committed to building meaningful relationships and delivering long-term value for clients and their businesses.
