Jess brings executive agriculture experience across complex, widespread organisations, including 10 years based in Southland.

Prior to joining NZAB, she led New Zealand’s largest single supplier of organic milk, steering the agri-business portfolio from business as usual through to successful divestment. In her role as General Manager, Jess managed multi-disciplinary teams and had full financial, strategy, risk, and regulatory compliance responsibility. Reporting directly to the board of directors, she developed deep expertise in the dairy sector and navigating intricate business challenges.

Jess brings a passion for people to NZAB, grounded in values-led leadership and continuous improvement, with a firm belief that strong relationships form the foundation for success. Outside of NZAB, she is pursuing her MBA at the University of Canterbury.
