Jess joined NZAB in 2024 after graduating from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture). Raised on a small block in Riversdale, Southland, she developed a strong connection to the rural sector through her family’s contracting business, which provided her with exposure to a wide range of farming businesses and rural communities across the region.

Since joining NZAB, Jess has worked alongside clients on a variety of projects, from refinancing and strategic planning through to investment analysis and business growth opportunities. She enjoys developing strong client relationships and helping clients gain a deeper understanding of their business providing insight and confidence to support key decisions.

Combining her practical understanding of the rural sector with her passion for agriculture, Jess is committed to supporting and developing trusted client relationships and helping clients achieve their business and personal goals with confidence.
