Kate has over nine years of experience across audit, finance and operations. She began her career at PwC, spending four years building a strong foundation in financial reporting and controls, before moving into a Finance and Operations Specialist role establishing and strengthening finance functions.

Kate brings an analytical, practical and detail-orientated approach to her role and thoroughly enjoys supporting the NZAB team. She is responsible for overseeing NZAB’s financial operations, reporting, and regulatory compliance. She plays a key role in supporting the business behind the scenes, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement, working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
