Bringing practical farming credibility, financial experience and a genuine passion for rural communities, Luke works alongside clients to deliver strategic growth and sustainable business outcomes.

Growing up on a drystock farm sparked Luke’s lifelong commitment to the agricultural sector. Over the past decade, he has balanced hands-on management of a large Waikato sheep and beef operation with deep engagement in agricultural finance. Luke thrives on getting out on-farm, opening gates and building genuine, long-term relationships with the people behind the business. A strong advocate for the primary sector, Luke actively contributes to industry development, including through his involvement with the Beef + Lamb New Zealand Farmer Council.

Luke lives in Morrinsville with his wife and two daughters, and in his spare time enjoys getting out for a ride on his dirtbike and enjoying the outdoors.
