Maddie grew up on a sheep and beef farm in North Canterbury before graduating from Lincoln University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture). Since graduating, Maddie has gained valuable experience in livestock finance where she worked closely with farmers and industry professionals to build trusted relationships and deliver practical funding solutions to support their farming businesses. These experiences have deepened her connection to the rural sector and reinforced her passion to support farmers to achieve their goals.

Outside of work Maddie loves playing netball, watching sport and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
