Melissa grew up on a sheep, deer, and cropping farm north of Timaru and has spent more than 14 years working across agribusiness banking in New Zealand and Australia. Her career has included relationship management, credit risk, learning, and leadership roles, giving her a broad perspective on both business performance and people development.

Melissa is passionate about helping people learn, grow, and build confidence in what they do. She enjoys working alongside teams to identify opportunities, build capability, and find better ways of working that make work easier and more effective. Combining strategic thinking with a down to earth approach, Melissa focuses on creating positive change that helps people, teams, and organisations work better together.
